Zumba to be offered at Rockland Woods
The Washington County Recreation Department will offer Zumba classes at Rockland Woods Elementary School. The exercise class is taught by instructor Liz Martz. Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6 p.m. starting May 16 and ending Aug. 10.

Historical society to participate in Ramble
Sharpsburg Historical Society will participate in the Washington County Museum Ramble on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the headquarters in Town Hall. Volunteers are needed for the event.

Lions Club plans Friendship Night
The Sharpsburg Lions will hold Friendship Night on Thursday, May 5.

Citizens group to meet April 27
Citizens for the Preservation of Pleasant Valley will hold a general meeting Wednesday, April 27, at 7:30 p.m. at the Rohrersville Ruritan Schoolhouse on Rohrersville Schoolhouse Road. The State Highway Administration will discuss the proposed portable variable message sign and dynamic message sign on U.S. 340.
Refreshments will be served.
Be Well to hold Wellness Fair April 30
Be Well Tri-State will hold a free Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 30, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the stalls at Fairgrounds Park, 521 N. Cannon Ave., Hagerstown.
The event will include entertainment, food, crafts and vendors.
It will offer information about holistic health and wellness resources in the Tri-State area.
On-site massage, Reiki and yoga will be available. Acupuncturists, therapists, chiropractors and fitness professionals will be on hand. The event will be held rain or shine.
Food bank to relocate for one day only Saturday
For one day only Saturday, the South Washington County Food Pantry will operate at First Christian Church on Saint Paul Street in Boonsboro from 9 a.m. to noon.
