Two-car crash reported on Cearfoss Pike

CEARFOSS — Maryland State police were called to an accident in the 13000 block of Cearfoss Pike on Thursday afternoon.

Police arrived on the scene at 1:25 p.m. A tow truck towed away the car at 2:19 p.m.

Debris from both cars was scattered in the emergency lane on the eastbound side of the road in the area of the accident.

Although the incident was handled by the state police, Washington County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Troy Lipinski was in the area and assisted Trooper Dave Matthews.
