Gallagher wins 'Minute to Win It' competition

On the weekend of March 25, Carroll County, Md., resident Brittni Gallagher, 17, attended the IMPACT 2011: EPIC Youth Conference with her Uniontown (Md.) Bible Church Youth Group and won IMPACT's Inaugural "Minute to Win It" competition. 

Gallagher competed against hundreds of other youths at each of the 12 "Minute to Win It" stations. She made it to the playoffs against youth leader Grady Shingler, 20, of Hagerstown's One Accord Youth Group.

Gallagher raced through the Stack Attack game in 32 seconds to win the title and a $50 VISA gift card. Shingler placed second.

The conference in Ocean City, Md., was attended by 3,000 teens and youth leaders, a variety of national Christian bands, entertainers and speakers.
