HAGERSTOWN — Kaplan University recently held a graduation celebration for a Chinese delegation that has been studying Port Logistics Management at its Hagerstown campus.

The graduates were a group of 21 government employees, representing many different departments of the Guangxi Provincial Government, including the departments of transportation, commerce, state administration, human resources and trade.

They studied at the Hagerstown campus for nearly four months, and this week they completed the custom-designed study program that prepares them to be subject matter experts in their departments.

The Hagerstown campus is on Crestwood Drive, off Pennsylvania Avenue behind Dunkin Donuts in Hagerstown.
