Keen appointed new warden at Franklin County Jail

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The chief of inspections for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections will become the new Franklin County Jail warden in early May, the county prison board announced Thursday.

The salary for Daniel Keen of Mechanicsburg, Pa., has not been finalized, officials said.
