'Pennies for Patients' at Clear Spring Elementary

Clear Spring Elementary School students recently participated in a “Pennies for Patients” fundraiser to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

They raised $3,205.

The classroom that raised the most money was Corey Alkire’s fifth-grade class. Those students brought in $530.

As the class with the highest total, it was treated to a luncheon by an area restaurant. Josh and Justin traveled to Clear Spring to bring lunch to the students.
