Norma Blanche Trovinger, 65, of West Chapline Street, Sharpsburg, Md., died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Reeders Memorial Home, Boonsboro, Md.

Born April 24, 1945, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Mina Virginia Wilson.

She was a 1963 graduate of Boonsboro High School, Boonsboro.

She was employed by Larston Manufacturing in Hagerstown, Md., and previously employed by London Fog, Boonsboro.

She was a member of Christ Reformed United Church of Christ, Sharpsburg.

She was a member of Hagerstown Chapter 89 Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Nevin Trovinger Jr., whom she married Jan. 22, 1965, of Sharpsburg; son, Darren D. Trovinger, of Sharpsburg; son, Quintin W. Trovinger, of Sharpsburg; granddaughter, Kayla L. Trovinger; and several nephews.

She was predeceased by one sister, Lenora Crist.

A memorial service will be held at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, Md., on Monday, March 28, 2011, at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Sharpsburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the memorial service on Monday, from 10 to 11 a.m.
