Mo Collela, an employee of Larry & Sons Inc./Mr. Drain Cleaner, obtained certification for residential and light commercial air balancing and diagnostics from the National Comfort Institute.
The three-day training provided principles and procedures of testing and balancing heating and cooling in residential homes and light-commercial environments. Maryland Correctional Institution-Hagerstown
Tanya Grabowski, correctional officer II, was named the March employee of the month at Maryland Correctional Institution-Hagerstown.
Grabowski has devoted appropriate attention to all responsibilities not only in her assigned area, but to other areas, according to a news release from the prison. She assists other staff members in proper procedures for institutional counts, inmate programs, updates on the daily use of computers, etc. Some of her strong traits are in her accuracy of reports, as well as excellent writing skills and organizational abilities, according to the release.
Grabowski demonstrates knowledge, dependability, communication and computer skills, as well as loyalty and dedication not only to her shift but to the overall facility.
