Food sale

Greater Campher Temple will hold a food sale Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bethel Gardens Community Center, 356 Henry Ave.
The menu includes fried whiting fish, french fries, cole slaw and soda. The meal costs $8.
The event is sponsored by the church’s Nurses Unit. It will be eat in or carryout. For delivery, call 240-217-9581.   

Choir in concert
The Greater Campher Temple Adult Choir will present the recording choir Divine Voices of Praise from Ark Church in Baltimore on Sunday, March 27, at 5 p.m.
The choir is under the direction of Marcus D. Smith, minister of music.
Admission is free.
The church is at 125 W. Bethel St. in Hagerstown.

Women’s Day
The Women of Ebenezer AME Church, at 40 W. Bethel St. in Hagers-town, will celebrate Women’s Day Sunday with two worship services, one at 11 a.m. and one at 4 p.m.
The community is invited.

Album release concert
Presented by High Call Productions, Leitersburg Cinemas and Live United (United Way), will hold the Spencer 4 Hire CD Release Concert Friday, March 25, at Leitersburg Cinemas, 20145 Leitersburg Pike.
In concert with Spence will be Host, Tasha K., special guest, Matinee@Midnight and the Lunch Box Movement, and performances by the Hub City’s own D Bell, The Pham and Ceejay the Artist.
There will be give-aways all night. Doors will open at 7:30 p.m. with show time at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $7.

Teen dance planned
A teen dance for those ages 11 to 15 will be held Friday, April 1, from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. gymnasium, 131 W. North Ave.
The youth will dance to music by DJ Chris and enjoy dance performances from local groups Hood Hop and the HCC Hawk Divaz. In addition, the youth will have a chance to win prizes, such as an iPod Shuffle.

Movie night
The animated movie “Megamind” will be shown Saturday at Bridge of Life Church, 14 S. Potomac St. in Hagerstown.
Free popcorn and free drinks will be available.
The movie starts at 7 p.m.

Spring fling is Saturday
Daughters of Elks Sharon Temple 160 will hold a spring fling Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Elks Lodge in the 300 block of North Jonathan Street in Hagerstown.
Tickets cost $10, which includes a meal and DJ Rob.
