Leslie "Wayne" James, 71, of Hedgesville, W.Va., died Friday, March 4, 2011, at his home. Visitation will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg, W.Va. Graveside service with military honors will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
