University System of Maryland at Hagerstown holds open house

The event, held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., was meant to give prospective students a chance to learn about programs at the school on West Washington Street. Faculty, departmental chairmen and chairwomen and staff were available to talk with students. Since opening in 2005, USM-H has grown in student enrollment and program offerings. USM-H offers 21 programs from five universities, including Frostburg State University, Salisbury University, Towson University, University of Maryland University College and the University of Maryland, College Park.
