How did you get into your business, and what motivated you to start it? "I always wanted to be a hair designer from a young age. I loved the fact that you can work independently, setting your own hours and service fees and spending the days making people feel better about themselves when they leave the salon."

Previous business experience: "I began my hair designing career three years ago in Austin, Texas. I started working as an independent stylist and plan to do so throughout my career."
