February 24, 2011

WAYNESBORO, Pa. The public is invited to see the dangers of drinking and driving Friday at Waynesboro Area Senior High School.

K. Marilyn Smith, community mobilizer for Waynesboro Communities That Care, said the Save A Life Tour will be open to the public from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday.

Save A Life is a high-impact presentation that includes large simulators in its effort to show students and families the dangers of drinking and driving.

Smith said the presentation will be given to Waynesboro High juniors and seniors during the day. Students are welcome to bring their families later in the day, Smith said.

There is no cost.

The Save A Life Tour is being sponsored by Communites That Care and Franklin County Commissioners. The support by the commissioners will allow the tour to be shown at all county high schools.
