One lane of northbound I-81 in Berkeley County closed after crash

SPRING MILLS, W.Va. — One of the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 in Berkeley County, W.Va., was shut down as of 8:30 a.m. Thursday while rescue workers responded to an accident, West Virginia State Police said.

The accident was reported just before 8 a.m. near mile-marker 20, which is close to the Walmart shopping center in Spring Mills.
