Roy Grove, former board president at Heritage Academy, challenged Heritage students to collect new or used Bibles for missionaries.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, led by Kathleen Kidd and Bryce Nigh, took on the project during the month of December and collected 275 Bibles from the parents and students at Heritage.

Dewitt Powell, school principal said, “Most families have several Bibles. It is not a book you just throw out. It is God’s word. So it is a great way to pass His word on to others.”
