Mildred V. Rind, 90, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, at Heartland of Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
