Auxiliary to meet

The Auxiliary at Homewood at Williamsport will meet Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 2 p.m.

Shannon Naylor, volunteer coordinator, will speak about volunteer opportunities in the health care center and express thanks for the generosity of auxiliary members at Christmastime.

Little League registration

Conococheague Little League will hold registration for the upcoming baseball season.

The following is a list of dates and times to register to participate: Feb. 10, from 6 to  8 p.m.; Feb. 11, from 6 to 8 p.m.; and Feb. 12, from 10 a.m. to noon. Registration will be held at Williamsport Town Hall on the second floor. Those interested in participating must provide birth certificate and proof of residency. Derby Day at mall

Derby Day — for the Boys Scouts of America will be Saturday, Feb. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Center Court by Bon-Ton at Valley Mall.

Scouts will compete in a Pinewood Derby, Space Derby and Raingutter Regatta.

Teen Idol live auditions  

Teens ages 15 to 19 are invited to compete in a live singing competition on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at Valley Mall.

The live auditions for the Washington County Teen Idol competition will be held in Center Court from 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Washington County Free Library, The Maryland Theatre, After Five Productions and Valley Mall will present the fifth annual Teen Idol Competition at The Maryland Theatre on March 26.
