Carolyn T. Hiett, 87, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at her home while under the care of the Hospice of the Panhandle. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town.
