Pet photos to be taken

Those wishing to have Valentine photographs of their pets will have the opportunity on Saturday, Feb. 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Valley Mall.

Kim McMillion of Kim McMillion Photography will be taking the 4-by-6 photographs for $10. Half of the cost will be donated to the Humane Society of Washington County. For those who bring an animal-related item as a donation, the cost will be $5 and the entire amount will be donated to the shelter.

The photos will be taken in the space next to Old Navy. Participants are asked to bring their pet in the entrance to the right of the Food Court by King's Jewelers. Pets must be in carriers or on a leash at all times. Walk your dog before they enter the building to avoid messes.

Volunteers will be on hand to help. Photographs will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
