Deborah Kay Brown Mays, 48, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011, at her home. Visitation will be Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, W.Va.
