26 indicted on variety of felony and misdemeanor charges

CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. — A grand jury in Jefferson County this week indicted 26 people on a variety of felony and misdemeanor charges, according to court records.

Those indicted and their charges include:

  • Brian Jeffrey Moore, 29, of 15446 Edgegrove Road., Purcellville, Va., on one count of felony DUI third offense.
  • Charles Derrick Watkins, no age or address available, on a felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor count of petit larceny.
  • Veronica E. Jaimes, 35, of 368 N. Summit Ave., Gaithersburg, Md., on one count of conspiracy to commit breaking and entering.
  • Robert Anthony Shanton, no age or address available, on one count of sexual assault in the second degree.
  • Jose Danil Quintanilla Cacenes, 38, of 368 N. Summit Ave., Gaithersburg, Md., on one count of breaking and entering and one count of conspiracy.
  • Ralph Joseph Dignazio, Jr., 52, 145 Hillcrest Dr., Kearneysville, W.Va., on one count of child abuse causing bodily injury.
  • Carlos Dimas-Hguayo, 26, of 2005 Marf Hall, Charles Town, on one count of sexual assault in the second degree.
  • Shane Monroe Dodson, 29, P.O.B. 27, Kearneysville, on one felony count of burglary and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery.
  • Paul Roger Prichard. Jr., 23, of 1871 Wide Horizon Road, Kearneysville, on five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.
  • Crystal L. McCauley, 24, of 2347 Lewisville Road, Summit Point, W.Va., on one count of possession of counterfeit with intent to utter, one count of grand larceny and one count of felony conspiracy.
  • Daniel J. Smith, no age or address available, on two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
  • Alex D. Rahmi, 56, of 638 Marlowe Road, Charles Town, doing business as Alex Chevrolet, on one count of obtaining services or labor by false pretense.
  • Joseph Boaneryes Zavala, 54, of 148 Ranson Estates, Ranson, W.Va., on one count of failure to update registration as a sex offender.
  • Donald Hodge, no age or address available, on two counts of sexual abuse and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
  • Steven Robert Smith, no age or address available, on one count of malicious wounding.
  • Kody Davis, no age or address available, on one count of conspiracy to commit an offense against the state.
  • Mary Richards, no age or address available, on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy.
  • Brandon Allen Noyes,19, of 122 Cambridge Drive, Charles Town, on one count of possession with intent to deliver a nonnarcotic controlled substance.
  • Richard William Kisner, 47, of P.O.B. 953, Harpers Ferry, W.Va., on two counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny and one count of conspiracy.
  • Donald Tressler, 52, of 305 W. Congress St., Charles Town, on nine counts of uttering.
  • John Marvin Kesler, 71, no address available, on 12 counts of sexual assault in the third degree.
  • Rosanna Piper, no age or address available, on 19 counts of obtaining possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation.
  • Peter Lawrence Gooch, 49, of 187 Dawn Lane, Harpers Ferry, on two counts of failure to provide a change of information required by any person who must register as a sex offender.
  • Weimi Oloman Benson, aka Willemi Benson, 30, of 146 Demwick Court, Frederick, Md., on one count of obtaining money by false pretense, one count of counterfeiting and one count of conspiracy.
  • Andrew Cogle Jr., 22, of 302 S. Marshall St., Ranson, on one count of burglary, one count of felony conspiracy, one count of petit larceny, two counts of misdemeanor conspiracy and one count of misdemeanor transferring stolen property.
  • Brian Keith Taylor, 52, of 82 Will O Brook Drive, Pasadena, Md., felony fleeing from a law-enforcement officer while under the influence, misdemeanor aggravated driving under the influence, misdemeanor speeding, misdemeanor reckless driving.
