RADFORD, Va. — Kelsy M. Rupp has been named to the dean's list for the fall semester at Radford University.

She is pursuing a degree in dance with a concentration in ballet and a degree in psychology.

She is a 2010 graduate of Williamsport High School.

She is the daughter of Diana M. Miller of Williamsport and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Miller Sr. of Williamsport.
