John A. Dailey Sr., 58, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, at his home. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Zion Episcopal Church, Charles Town. A memorial service will be Wednesday at 5 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
