Charles Edward Clevenger Sr., 85, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, at his home under the care of Hospice. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Manning’s Assembly of God Church with Pastor James Boyce officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Frederick, Md., at a later date. Arrangements are by Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home.
