The St. Mary Catholic School kindergarten class worked recently on a pumpkin science unit.

The students measured the height of each pumpkin, the weight of each pumpkin and measured how big around each pumpkin was.  With this knowledge, they predicted which pumpkin would have the most seeds.

The students also drew a picture of the pumpkin they thought would win and wrote a sentence telling why.
