MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Looking for a way to carry the holiday spirit throughout the whole year? Volunteer opportunities from patient care to office help are available at Hospice of the Panhandle, according to a news release.
Volunteer training will be held for anyone interested in volunteering for Hospice of the Panhandle in Berkeley County at the Berkeley Team Center at 1516 Winchester Ave. in Martinsburg beginning Saturday, Jan. 8.
Hospice 101 training is for all Hospice volunteers and will be held on Jan. 8 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Direct service training is for patient care and will be Saturdays, Jan. 8 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.
