HAGERSTOWN — A woman drove a car into the side of the Always building at 1201 Dual Highway while parking Monday afternoon, according to a Hagerstown Police Department spokesman.

Capt. Mark Holtzman said the woman apparently made an error in judgment when her Mercury Sable went forward and crashed into the side of the building at about 1:27 p.m.

The woman, whose name was not available Monday, was issued papers for a driving recertification, which means she will have to go to the state Motor Vehicle Administration and take a test to determine if she can drive a car safely, Holtzman said.

The woman was not hurt in the accident, Holtzman said.
