Charles E. Tomlin, 49, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, at City Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va. Visitation will be today and Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Millville (W.Va.) Pentecostal Church. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg.
