Women's workshop

Sept. 28 - The Women's Network, a program of the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce & Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, will host a "Can Women Be Leaders?" workshop at 5 p.m., at the Martinsburg Holiday Inn, 301 Foxcroft Ave. Penelope Gladwell, associate professor at Mountain State University's Charles H. Polk School of Leadership and Professional Development, will affirm the leadership potential for women and help identify and tackle the challenges faced by women who move into leadership positions.
