CHARLES TOWN, W.Va. -- Three Jefferson County men were indicted on multiple charges stemming from an invasion into a private home in which the female victim allegedly was threatened with being tied up and left in a bathroom if she didn't show the men where her valuables were.

Charged with robbery in the second degree, burglary, kidnapping, grand larceny and conspiracy were Shatway Robinson, 21, of 28 Crawford Drive, Charles Town; Jamal Twyman, 20, of 307 B East 13th Ave., Ranson, W.Va.; and Chad Aric Berry, 22, of 109 Davenport St., Charles Town.

Police were led to Robinson after the victim recognized him on Facebook, court records said.

o Christopher Michael Jeronimo, 22, of 9 Alfred St., Albany, N.Y., was indicted on two counts of possessing material depicting a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor in a case involving a 14-year-old girl, court records said. The two met on the Internet, court records said.


o Four defendants were indicted for failure to pay child support, including David N. Murray, Justin Arnold Rope Jr., Timothy Franklin Bell and Heath D'Angelo. Ages and addresses for the four were not available.

o William Griffioen, 61, of 401 Lady Bug Lane, Kearneysville, W.Va., was indicted on 10 worthless check counts and one count of obtaining property by fraudulent pretenses in a case involving more than $42,000, court records said.

o John Franklin Barrett, 60, of 615 W. 12th St., Front Royal, Va., failure to register as a sex offender.

o Hank William Nick, 51, of 413 High View, Harpers Ferry, transferring stolen goods.

o Roger Dale Bernard, no age or address available, one count each of forgery and uttering.

o Darius Jordan Henning, 19, of 27 Sternway Drive, Charles Town, burglary and conspiracy.

o Roy Wesley Butts III, no age or address available, two counts of possession with intent to deliver.
