Tower Bank recently hosted a Forward Approach Women's Luncheon at The Women's Club in Hagerstown.

Local female business owners gathered for an afternoon lunch and presentation focused on building business in a small community.

The presentation featured discussions around facing adversity, the importance of little things and developing strong partnerships within the community.

Bank representatives attending the luncheon were Linda Davis, assistant vice president and market manager; Carmen Fox, Eastern Boulevard branch sales manager; Candace Bageant, Maugans Avenue branch sales manager; Angie Hager, Hancock branch sales manager; Jessi Sensenig, talent manager; and Cheryl Gehr, assistant vice president and cash management sales officer.

They shared information on Tower Bank's culture, business banking, commercial lending and cash management services.

"Our Tower Bank team understands that owning your own business can be challenging. We hope the discussions and networking at the luncheon provided our local business owners with helpful insight," Davis said.

"The Forward Approach program gives business owners the financial products and services they need to operate their business, along with supporting resources to help make their business a success."
