WILLIAMSPORT, Md. - Thomas William "Tom" Hebb, 73, of Williamsport, Md., died Sunday, Sept. 19, 2010, at his home.

Born Dec. 16, 1936, in Funkstown, Md., to the late Shull Metzger and Sarah Charity Kelly Hebb.

He was a 1954 graduate of Hagerstown High School.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He was employed by Rexel Electric of Hagerstown until his retirement and was previously employed by Noland Co. Currently, he was working part time at Always Communications, Hagerstown.

He was a member of Beaver Creek Country Club, Conococheague Tribe 84 IORM, Williamsport, and Potomac Post 202 American Legion, Williamsport.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Lee Poluch Hebb, married April 9, 1960, of Williamsport; daughter, Brenda Zandy and her husband, Louis, of Hagerstown; son, Tom Hebb Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, of Williamsport; son, Ron Hebb and his wife, Piyanan, of Williamsport; sister, Doris Pittenger of Hagerstown, Md.; and grandchildren, Laurel, Alissa, Ashley, Brittany, Nanthaphon, Bodhi and Samantha.

The family will receive friends at Osborne Funeral Home, 425 S. Conococheague St., Williamsport, on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral home will be open after 9 a.m. Tuesday for the convenience of family and friends.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
