Martinsburg Police: Nine arrested on drug charges

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. --Nine people were arrested on drug charges Friday following a monthlong narcotics investigation in Berkeley and Jefferson counties, according to a Martinsburg Police Department press release.

The following people were charged:

o Terrence J. Lindsey, 53, of 835 Douglas Grove Road, Martinsburg, one count of delivery of a controlled substance (crack).

o Brad Andrew Snow, 35, of 632 Wiltshire Road, Kearneysville, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance (crack), one count of attempt to deliver a controlled substance (crack).

o Edwin Maxwell Gordon, 62, of 311 1/2 W. King St., Apt. 4, Martinsburg, one count of delivery of a controlled substance (crack).

o Rodney Allen Wright, 30, of 110 Beefy Drive, Martinsburg, one count of delivery of a controlled substance (heroin).

o Fritzler F. Thomas, 41, of 3000 Winchester Ave., Apt. 19, Martinsburg, one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (crack).

o Colleen Eugenia Lowe, 45, of 294 Connector Road, Martinsburg, one count of delivery of an imitation controlled substance.

o Amy Clipp, 27, address unknown, one count of fugitive - delivery of heroin (Washington County, Md.).

o Nancy L. Dougherty, 26, of 294 Connector Road, Martinsburg, one count of failure to appear (through Martinsburg Municipal Court).

o Joseph Lee Hardy, 25, of 294 Connector Road, Martinsburg, one count of failure to appear (through Martinsburg Municipal Court).

Officers from the Martinsburg Police Department, West Virginia State Police, Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, Jefferson County Sheriff's Department and U.S. Marshals Office participated in the arrests, the press release said.

The Martinsburg Police Department also seized about $10,000 and a Chevrolet Suburban as part of a continuing investigation with one of the arrested individuals.
