By Karen Anderson,

Name: Lester

Age: 2

Breed: pit bull

Coloring: light-colored brown and white

Lester came to the Humane Society of Washington County as a stray a few months ago. He has settled in very well at the Humane Society and loves all the staff, but it is time for him to find a home of his own.

He enjoys playing with other dogs and he loves to play ball. Most times he will have one in his mouth and another in between his paws trying to figure out how to get two into his mouth at the same time.

Lester is still a diamond in the rough, some positive good manners training would really bring out the shine in this great boy. Because he does still jump out of excitement, he would do best in home that has kids that are 8 years old or older to share in his happiness.

Lester and many other animals are available for adoption at The Humane Society of Washington County, 13011 Maugansville Road,
