The driver of a sport utility vehicle has been cited in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday morning at the intersection of Mill Point Road and Alternate U.S. 40 west of Boonsboro, according to Maryland State Police.

Pious Ifeanyi Urama, 57, of 195 Waneta Drive, Boonsboro, allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the state police report of the accident.

Urama was traveling east on Mill Point Road when the 2004 Honda Pilot he was driving went into the intersection and collided with a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck driven by Lawrence Wesley Bodine, 41, 62 Madison Ave., Hagerstown, a state police report said.

As a result of the collision, Urama's vehicle spun around, drifted across Alternate U.S. 40 and came to rest against a house at 20049 Mill Point Road, the report said.
