SAINT JAMES -- Vince Turano and Rodrigo Reyna had two goals and two assists each to lead St. Maria Goretti to a 6-3 win over Saint James on Monday.

Kevin Proctor had a goal and two assists, Thomas Blake had a goal and Johnny Winalski had eight saves for the Gaels (3-3-3).

Andrew Ludwick had a hat trick and Seung Gon Yoo had an assist for the Saints (1-3).

Frederick 3, South Hagerstown 0

FREDERICK, Md. -- Chip Rittenhouse had 18 saves for South Hagerstown (1-2) in a loss to Frederick.

HAMPSTEAD, Md. -- Kody Wilson had a hat trick to lead North Carroll past Boonsboro.

Paul Jordan had 14 saves for the Warriors (0-2).

Greencastle 3, Trinity 2

GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Corey Meyers scored the game-winning goal at the 9:20 mark of double overtime to lead Greencastle past Trinity.

Kyle Crider had two goals and Meyers had an assist for the Blue Devils.

UNION BRIDGE, Md. -- Victoria Key and Lauren Johnson each scored a goal in Williamsport's victory over Francis Scott Key.

Amber Shumaker had an assist for the Wildcats (3-2) while Julia Price and Haley Carter each had three saves in the shutout.

BOONSBORO -- Boonsboro fell to 2-2 on the season with a loss to North Carroll.

Paige Kitchen had 15 service points and six aces, Allison Gulnac had nine kills, Sam Kelly had seven kills, Summer Neff had 14 assists and Trish Leigh had 24 digs for the Wildcats (2-0).

FREDERICK, Md. -- Taylor Belella had 18 assists, 11 service points and four aces for Smithsburg in a 25-12, 25-15, 25-5 sweep of Linganore.

Sara Rishell had 13 kills, Danielle Beaver had five kills and Katie Sprecher had seven digs for the Leopards (3-0).

BOONSBORO -- Amber Welch had 10 assists as Boonsboro lost to Century 25-18, 25-22, 25-18.

Victoria Pearl had 21 assists and seven service points for South Hagerstown in a 25-22, 25-21, 25-13 sweep of Westminster.

Brianna Burnett had seven kills, seven service points and six blocks and Courtney Showe had 13 service points and six digs for the Rebels (1-2).

UNION BRIDGE, Md. -- Megan Micco had 11 kills but Clear Spring lost to Francis Scott Key 25-19, 25-15, 21-25, 25-22.

Lily Pinkham had seven kills and 17 digs, Abby Hoosier had four aces and Alexa Mills had 12 digs for the Warriors (1-2).

Callie Butts had 22 assists, two kills and three service points as Heritage Academy swept Broadfording 25-16, 25-16, 25-21.

Kara Stamper had 19 kills, 22 service points and four blocks and Jessica Gaylor had five service points and three kills for the Eagles (5-0).

McConnellsburg 3, CVCS 0

McCONNELLSBURG, Pa. -- Rikki Green had 12 kills, two blocks and five aces for McConnellsburg in a 25-6, 25-16, 25-16 sweep of Cumberland Valley Christian School.

Kelsey Ramsey had nine digs, Valerie Green had 24 assists and Emily Watkins had 13 kills for the Spartans (2-0).

South ends up edging North

BRUNSWICK, Md. -- South Hagerstown edged North Hagerstown 222-223 for eighth place Saturday in the large-school boys race at the Brunswick Invitational.

South assistant coach Wayne Kretzer said it was the first time in history that South has finished ahead of North in cross country.

Due to a scorer's error, the initial results Saturday had North finishing seventh and South placing ninth.
