Marcus J. Rutherford Sr., 80, of Bolivar, W.Va., died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, W.Va. The service will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Fairview Lutheran Cemetery in Bolivar. The Rev. Douglas Fraim will officiate. Arrangements are by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
