'A Christmas Carol'

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. - Full Circle Theater Company will hold auditions for "A Christmas Carol" 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 10, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11. Auditions will be held at 113 S. Princess St.

Roles available are for two women, four men, two boys about 10 years old and a girl about 10 years old.

Each actor will play multiple roles. Auditions will consist of reading from the script.

Robin DePietro-Jurand will direct.

'But Why Bump off Barnaby?'

Martinsburg, W.Va. - Auditions for the Apollo Civic Theatre's production of "But Why Bump off Barnaby?" will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12. Auditions will be at the theater, 128 Martin St.


Auditionees will read scenes from the script. Roles include six females, ages early 20s to 60ish, and four males, mid-20s to 60ish. Bring a bio and resume.

Rehearsals begin Saturday, Sept. 25. Performances are Nov. 12 through No. 21.

'Cowboy Christmas'

Auditions for Antietam Recreation's "Cowboy Christmas Show" will be Saturday, Sept. 11, through Saturday, Sept. 25. Contact the director at 301-991-3669 or to arrange a private audition.

There are 21 performances with shows beginning Nov. 12 and Jan. 1.

Singers, dancers and actors of all ages are needed. Antietam Recreation is at 9729 Garis Shop Road, south of Hagerstown.
