Allstate agent Terry Fincham recently donated $1,000 to the Humane Society of Washington County.
Fincham received the money after being named a finalist for Allstate's Ray Lynch Community Service Award, which recognizes Allstate agency owners dedicated to making positive contributions to the communities they serve.
