Linda Henry, dance instructor, demonstrated dance steps at the first of the fall line dance lessons.

The lessons are sponsored by Hagerstown Country Western Dance Association and are held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church on Virginia Avenue in Halfway.

Many of the dancers return to learn new dances each year. The dance students join the group to have fun exercising while exercising their minds as they enjoy learning the dance steps and dance routines.

New students joined the experienced dancers for a fun night.

The lessons are held twice a year in fall and early spring. The nine-week session will be on Tuesdays beginning at 7 p.m. The cost is $5 per person per night. A new dance is taught each week. New and experienced students are welcome to attend even if they missed the first night.

For information, call Linda at 301-797-6786 or Carol at 717-263-0141.
