Beaver Creek Church of the Brethren, 20402 Beaver Creek Road, DeAnna Doyle will share the message, A Servant of Faith, at the 10 a.m. service Sunday. The children will be the worship leaders. Sunday school for all ages begins at 9 a.m.

Benevola United Methodist Church, Boonsboro, Pastor John Dean will speak Sunday at the 9 a.m. Promotion service on Just Humble Enough. Music will be provided by Tyler Garner. Sunday school is at 10:15 a.m.

Bethel United Methodist Church Chewsville, Smithsburg, Pastor Bill Warehime will speak on How Embarrassing at the 9 a.m. traditional worship and 10:30 a.m. contemporary praise service. Youth and young adult Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.; children and adult Sunday school is at 10:15 a.m.

Blair's Valley First Church of God, Sunday at 10:45 a.m., Pastor Bob Stone will speak on Walking with Jesus. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m. Evening worship is at 7. Wednesday activities include Bible study at 7 p.m. at the Gifts home.

Broadfording Church of the Brethren Fellowship, 14010 Greencastle Pike, Pastor Len Smith will speak on From Denial to Acceptance at the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday. Mary Hawbecker will be worship leader. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday Bible study at 6:45 p.m.

Brownsville Church of the Brethren, Sunday, Pastor Alan Smith will speak on Do Not Forget during the 10:45 a.m. worship service. Vaughn Crowl is worship leader. Wil Sowers will present music. The youth will discuss the National Youth Conference. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.

Christ Lutheran Church, Pastor Robert McIntyre will speak on Unselfish Righteousness at the 8:15 and 10:45 a.m. services Sunday. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m.

Christ Reformed Church, UCC, 304 E. German St., Shepherdstown, W.Va., across from the train station, Ronald Grubb will lead the 11 a.m. communion service on Sage Advice We've Heard Repeatedly.

Christ Reformed UCC, Sharpsburg, Pastor Delancy Catlett will lead the congregation at 9 a.m. on Open Table.

Christ Reformed UCC in Cavetown, the Rev. Carol Hallman will preach Sunday at 10:30 a.m. The topic will be Filled to the Brim. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m.

Christian Science Society, the topic Sunday at 10:30 a.m. will be Christ Jesus. Sunday school for young people up to age 20 meets at 10:30 a.m. during worship. Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. The Reading Room at 235 N. Potomac St. is open one hour before and after services.
