Vincent Robert "Shotgun" Kneisly, 84, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010, at Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Military graveside services will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
