The Washington County Sheriff's Office said Thursday in a news release that Keyser took an unresponsive woman to the hospital on May 5. Police didn't identify the woman or give her condition, but said she also had marijuana in her system.

On May 6, sheriff's office detectives, with members of the county's Narcotics Task Force and the department's Traffic and Criminal Interdiction Unit, had a warrant and searched Keyser's residence, the news release says.

There, they allegedly found marijuana, 10 Oxycodone pills in a prescription bottle with the label removed and assorted drug paraphernalia, police said.

Keyser was charged with possessing marijuana, possessing a substance that's not marijuana, removing a required prescription label and possessing drug paraphernalia.
