Carlton Eugene Forsythe III, 76, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, at his home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. A memorial service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Berkeley Springs. Burial will be Monday at noon in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery with committal rites by Tri-State Honor Guard.
