Arnett, Green get scholarships from Alsatia Club Foundation

The Alsatia Club Foundation has awarded scholarships to two graduating seniors in Washington County.

Tiffany Arnett from Hancock Middle-Senior High School was awarded a $500 scholarship.

Tiffany is the daughter of Tina and Kevin Unger of Hancock. Tiffany plans to attend Frostburg State University, where she will major in history and education.

Also receiving a $500 scholarship is Amber Green from South Hagerstown High School. Amber is the daughter of Dosha and Roy Green of Hagerstown.

Amber plans to attend Coastal Carolina University and major in marine science.

The Alsatia Club Foundation is a local nonprofit community/civic-based organization with goals of helping to promote local students and community events.
