CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- Firefighters from the Chambersburg area put out a blaze Sunday morning at Bombay Dining, an Indian cuisine restaurant, according to Franklin County Emergency Services.
One injury was reported -- a firefighter who tripped and fell, a 911 dispatcher said. The firefighter received medical treatment and was released.
The report of a fire at the 815 Wayne Ave. restaurant came in at 8:01 a.m. and the fire was reported out at 8:42 a.m., a 911 dispatcher said.
The restaurant was closed at the time of the fire call, the dispatcher said. The restaurant is near Interstate 81.
A fire marshal was investigating the incident, the dispatcher said.
