First Christian Church, the Rev. Timothy Murtaugh will share the message Looking Down at the 9 and 11:15 a.m. services Sunday. Sunday school for all ages at 10:15 a.m.

Germantown Church of God, 16924 Raven Rock Road, Cascade, Pastor Mark Hosler will speak Sunday at 8:15 and 10:30 a.m. on The Conclusion of Our Study of Joseph. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. Sunday evening programs have been suspended for the summer.

Grace Bible Church, 2327 Hoffman Road, Greencastle, Pa., Pastor Greg Kell will speak on The Sign of Christ's Coming at 9:30 a.m. Sunday service. Sunday school is at 10:45 a.m. At 7 p.m., Fisler will speak on The Man in the Gap. Family night is Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Grace United Methodist Church, Pastor Clark D. Carr's topic is Distinguishing Legalism from Disicpline at the 8:30 a.m. prayer service and 11 a.m. traditional service Sunday. Sunday school is at 9:30 a.m.


Grossnickle Church of the Brethren, Myersville, at Sunday's 10:30 a.m. worship service, the Rev. Ron Ellis will speak on It's a Whole New Ball Game. Summer Sunday school begins at 9:30 a.m.

Hagerstown Christ's Reformed Church UCC, the Rev. Gregg R. Meserole, senior minister, will be the speaker at the 9:30 a.m. service Sunday on What's a Church Supposed to Be? John Kessler and Ashley Kessler will be liturgists. Liz Morris will give the children's message. August birthdays will be honored following worship. Church school is on break for the summer.

Hagerstown Church of the Brethren, the 9 a.m. contemporary service and the 11 a.m. traditional service will be an Adventure in Youth Worship, spotlighting the 10 senior high teens who attended this summer's National Youth Conference in Colorado and a junior high teen who served at a national workcamp in Ohio. Sunday school at 9:45 a.m.

Haven Lutheran Church, Pastor Linda Alessandri will preach from the scripture text: St. Luke 13:10:17 today at 5 p.m., and Sunday at the traditional worship at 8:15 a.m. in the sanctuary and at the 9:30 a.m. worship on the lawn.

Hilltop Christian Fellowship, 12624 Trinity Church Drive, Clear Spring, coffee and fellowship at 8:15 a.m. features the topic Biblical Eldership: They Smell Like Sheep. Senior Pastor Dennis Whitmore will conduct the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday on Abiding the Vine. Sunday school begins at 9:15 a.m. The topic at 7 p.m. Tuesday is God Eats Pizza Cold on Paul's Letters.

Long Meadow Church of the Brethren, Pastor Paul N. Leather Jr. will lead the 10 a.m. worship Sunday on the topic, He Will Return.

Manor Church of the Brethren, Boonsboro, Amy Zepp Chapman will speak on What Will You Leave behind? at the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday. Chapman will share a children's story. Craig Hood will be worship leader. Sunday school for all ages is at 9:30 a.m.

Maranatha Brethren Church, Pastor Dan Thornton will share the message Climbing to a Higher Orbit at the 10:55 a.m. service Sunday. Sunday evening activites begin at 6:30 p.m. Sunday school is at 9:45 a.m. Family night activities Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Mount Nebo United Methodist Church, Sunday, Bishop Schol will speak at the 8:30 a.m. contemporary service and the 10:30 a.m. traditional service Sunday. Sunday school begins at 9:30 a.m. The newly completed expansion of the church will be dedicated at the 10:30 a.m. service. Tours of the expansion will begin at 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mount Tabor Lutheran Church, 14615 Fairview Church Road, Clear Spring, Pastor Allen Reed will lead 10:30 a.m. joint service at Clear Spring American Legion Picnic Pavilion, which will feature music by Guilford Station. Lunch will be catered.

Mount Vernon Reformed UCC, Keedysville, Pastor Delancy Catlett will speak on Healing Reign at the 10:45 a.m. service.

Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Md. 67 and Locust Grove Road, Rohrersville, the Rev. Blaine Feightner will speak at the 8:45 a.m. service Sunday on Bent Out of Shape. Christian education is at 10 a.m.

Mount Zion Mennonite Church, Boonsboro, the Rev. Tim Hampton's topic at the 10 a.m. service Sunday is Amazed by Grace. Children's church begins at 10:30 am. Sunday school for all ages at 11:15 a.m.

New Beginning Community Church, corner of Dual Highway and Beaver Creek Road, Pastor Mark Snyder will share a message at 11 a.m. Sunday on Games Married People Can't Afford to Play in the Games on the Run series. Music by LeAnne Snyder. Sunday school at 9:45 a.m. Snyder will continue a study in the book of Titus at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

New Life Christian Ministries, 12031 Hopewell Road, Pastor Ken Harris will speak at the 10 a.m. service Sunday on Dealing With Offenses.

North Side Mennonite Church, 716 N. Locust St., Pastor Roger I. Martin will speak at the 10:30 a.m. service Sunday on I Will be Exalted. Sunday school at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday evening Bible study for ages 3 years to adult is at 7 p.m.
