Found animals

The following animals recently were found and taken to the Humane Society of Washington County.

If you think your pet is among those listed, you may visit the Humane Society of Washington County at 13011 Maugansville Road. The shelter's business hours are Monday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

These animals may be made available for adoption after five days. Call 301-733-2060 for more information.

Senior beagle mix, male, brown and black, found on Ritchie Road in Cascade


Young DSH, male, charcoal, found on Speilman Road in Williamsport

Young DSH, female, gray and black, found on Tusings Way in Boonsboro

Young DSH, unknown, gray and white, found on North Mulberry Street

Adult DSH, male, orange and yellow, found on Virginia Avenue in Williamsport


Adult DSH, male, black, found on Crystal Falls Road in Hagerstown

Adult DSH, male, gray and white, found on Doub Way Hagerstown

Adult DSH, unknown, gray and black, found on Potomac Avenue in Hagerstown

Senior DSH, female, gray, found on Salem Avenue in Hagerstown
