MARTINSBURG, W.Va. --Police seized 14 grams of crack cocaine, digital scales and $1,165 in cash from a motel room early Tuesday, West Virginia State Police Sgt. T.C. Kearns said.

Mark E. Lewis, 36, of 10712 Edgewood Drive in Silver Spring, Md., and Gilbert McDaniel Jr., 26, of 3028 Sulphur Springs Road in Inwood, W.Va., each were arraigned on one felony count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and conspiracy, according to court records and police.
