Charles Edward Hedrick Sr., 84, of Timonium, Md., died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, Berkeley Springs, W.Va. The service will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodrow Union Church Cemetery near Paw Paw, W.Va.
